This album's been out for a good long while, but I couldn't fathom a list without it. Fugazi meets Prince meets the Talking Heads. Some call it emo, I call it twisty-turny D.C. post punk, and pure, unadulterated genius. This one's got more pop than the other three D-Plan rekkids, but I love them all the same. And the live show? Fuuu-uun. In case you're wondering, they're The Favorite Band of the past five years or so.
