He's a studio-experimenter/singer-songwriter guy. Just went to see him at the Abbey. Live, you never know what to expect from studio guys, but damn if he didn't sound 10 times better than on record. Listen to this one loud. Not because it's loud, necessarily, but because you'll miss all the cool fussing and fiddling otherwise.
